The problem
Due to the broad spectrum of industries that the company targeted and the complexity of its products, it was challenging to write copy that was specific enough yet didn’t reveal too much or get too technical.
The result
Collaborating with the company’s founders and account managers, I wrote bold, ambitious website copy aligned with the brand’s identity. The copy focused on each distinct target industry and contributed to more traffic and sign-ups.
Moreover, I initiated the development of a newsletter strategy. It resulted in a more effective structure and targeted content of the newsletters sent to customers and prospects.
With the creation of a marketing team, there was a need for a universal set of content guidelines to help boost the company’s authority. I took the initiative of setting up guidelines for the team of content creators that ensured all-around consistency in tone of voice.
In addition, I contributed to increasing brand awareness by writing original copy for brochures, advertising campaigns, a press release about the rollout of a new product, and LinkedIn posts. One of my LinkedIn post ideas and the copy I wrote turned out to be the best performing post in 2022.
