The problem

Due to the broad spectrum of industries the company targeted and the complexity of its products, it was challenging to write copy that was specific enough yet didn’t reveal too much or get too technical.

The result

I wrote bold, ambitious website copy aligned with the brand’s identity, collaborating with the company’s founders and sales representatives. The copy focused on each distinct target industry and contributed to more traffic and sign-ups.

Moreover, I initiated the development of a newsletter strategy. It resulted in a more effective structure and targeted content of the newsletters sent to customers and prospects.

With the creation of a marketing team, there was a need for a universal set of content guidelines to help boost the company’s authority. I took the initiative of setting up guidelines for the team of content creators that ensured all-round consistency in tone of voice.

In addition, I contributed to increasing the brand awareness by writing insightful copy for marketing brochures, handouts, advertising campaigns, social media, and a press release.
