The problem
The team needed a solid case study to showcase the power of their platform. Given the multiple features and possibilities of the platform, they were searching for a story blending the right dose of technical details and concrete results to demonstrate how they had solved a problem for one of their clients. An additional challenge was balancing transparency with confidentiality, which were paramount to the company’s mission and values.
The result
I conducted a series of interviews: in-person interviews with the CEO, CTO, and other members of Castor EDC’s team, followed by interviews with researchers from the university medical center who encountered challenges in data management.
Subsequently, I wrote an in-depth case study highlighting the problem that the client had experienced and how Castor EDC had solved it. The result was a successful story which the team sent to potential clients experiencing the same problem.
