The problem

The team of TopDutch needed a series of in-depth articles for a marketing campaign they were launching. The complexity of the subject matter, large-scale green chemistry projects in province Groningen, posed a number of challenges. Firstly, the thickness of the information had to be preserved while presented in an easy to grasp way. Secondly, each article had to follow a distinct campaign structure and tone of voice. Thirdly, the articles were meant to trigger key influencers to take specific action.

The result

Following an interview with a renowned expert in the field, I created a skeleton of each article, highlighting the most important points and examples. Then, I expanded on these outlines. The final products were three exhaustive articles that candidly explained the five Ws and How of the projects in question. Above all, they shed light on how key stakeholders could benefit from them. By applying a motivating undertone, I intensified the feeling of enthusiasm and pride that the articles were intended to convey.

TopDutch is the brand of the Northern Netherlands: Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe. It enhances collaboration among government agencies, knowledge institutes, and industries to create green digital solutions for global challenges.
